ABOUT
ABRAF is a private, non-profit entity, whose objective is to support the community affected by Pulmonary Hypertension and Related Diseases, through awareness, support and promotion of public policies.
We developed a website to collect emotional testimonials from patients for the health professionals who work alongside them to treat pulmonary hypertension and related diseases.
After collecting the testimonials, a new website was developed to present these tributes.
The professionals that receive the most testimonials also received a special award.
