Refund and Returns Policy

At Brander’s Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products. Due to the nature of our offerings, most sales are final. However, we make limited exceptions for returns of physical books under specific conditions.

 

1. Refund and Return Policy for Services and Digital Products

 

No Refunds or Returns:

This policy applies to all services (branding, social media management, web development) and digital products (eBooks). Once a service is initiated or a digital product is delivered, all sales are final, and no refunds or returns will be accepted.

 

2. Refund and Return Policy for Physical Books

Eligibility for Return:

Returns are accepted for physical books only if the book remains in its original, unopened packaging and is returned in the same condition it was received.

 

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the book to our distribution center.

 

Refund Process:

Once the returned item is received and inspected to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed, excluding the original shipping cost. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

How to Request a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@branders.studio with your order number and details about the return.

 

3. Exceptions

Refunds and returns are not accepted for services, digital products, or physical books that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

If there is an error or defect in the product on our part, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
