Based in Belo Horizonte, Prosper is a mining company that exists to offer solutions in ore extraction and treatment, through a Main System – MTU (Mineral Treatment Unit) that dry processes the extracted products, transforming them into a final product for sale.Â

Our work with Prosper required balancing the unique dynamics of the mining industry. The challenge was to go beyond product-focused communication and instead enhance the company’s brand value by showcasing its commitment to environmental sustainability, safety, integrity, and respect for life. Additionally, we aimed to foster a strong internal culture to attract and retain talent, while motivating employees by connecting their individual roles to the company’s broader impact.
We positioned Prosper as a mining company committed to transformation, truth, and delivering meaningful results for society and the environment. Our social media strategy focused on humanizing the brand by celebrating the employees, community projects, and sustainability efforts, building a relatable and transparent corporate identity.Â
The primary archetype of the brand is the Everyman. Rather than striving to stand out through grandiose claims or exaggerated promises, the brand embraces the authenticity of everyday life. It seeks not to be extraordinary but to remain relevant, reliable, and true to the realities of its audience. The communication style reflects this simplicity, using straightforward, unembellished language that resonates with honesty and transparency.
