From Teacher to Empowering Coach

Ruby is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and glute specialist — and ISSA ambassador. What started as a personal passion for strength training became a mission: helping real women build confidence and lasting habits without extremes.

Ruby needed a brand as authentic as her approach. Sweat Society was born as that brand — reflecting community, effort, and real results for real women.

Brander's Studio built the full system: positioning, visual identity, voice guidelines, and collaterals — a brand as empowering as Ruby herself.

The Challenge

Ruby was positioned primarily as a teacher — knowledgeable, but without a clear brand that communicated her coaching power and the community she was building. She needed to shift from educator to empowering fitness coach.

The brand had to resonate with busy millennial women juggling real life, attract clients through social media and online coaching platforms, and establish Ruby as a credible, relatable authority in fitness and nutrition.

The visual identity needed to balance strength with warmth — confident enough to inspire action, approachable enough to feel like a friend.
